We understand that sometimes, you may receive products that do not meet your expectations. We offer a hassle-free return policy to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note:

• The clocks we sell are delicate and are considered fragile products. Due to their fragile nature, the clocks are exempt from our standard return policy and are marked as Final Sale. They are not eligible for return. However, in the unfortunate event that your clock arrives damaged during transit, we offer a replacement policy. Please contact us at help@youngartisan.in within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, and we will arrange for a replacement.
• Personalized or customized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return for eligible items, please email us at help@youngartisan.in with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item(s) from your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
